How to create generosity within your business?

As you can see, we love to give back and help our communities.  We give all throughout the year.  We network and create long lasting relationships with other interesting businesses.  If you are working to increase your generous giving, consider these wonderful tips. 

>>Set aside a specific amount for your gift giving for each year.  This will allow you to stay on track with your goals for you, employees, and the community.

>>Always spread kind words.  It is a great way to build positive responses from your customers but also you are able to participate with positive and kind words to share with some of their projects.  You may even want to send them a greeting card.

>>Listen to your customers.  So many people simply do not listen and hear maybe what they want to hear.  Rephrase your customers statements and do not allow for distractions when having a conversation with them.  I feel whenever a customer is advising you on what their needs are or seeking your advice, it is your duty to provide them with choices they can choose from and offer great suggestions that will satisfy their needs.
