Improving your customer service

1.  Check their happiness.  Consider a quick comment or a comment card to get their feelings of your business interaction with them.  You may even consider sending a quick email.

2.  Review your employees satisfaction.  Are you employees happy with what they do for your business everyday?  Be sure to take the time to listen and understand how they feel.  Don't just say no to every idea they have, try some of their new ideas.  You may see more customers.

3.  Check your social skills.  Do you use social networks for other to spread the word about your business products and services?  If not, now is the time.  Try Facebook, Twitter, Indeed, You tube, etc.  We all know how it goes with word-of-mouth.
